Complete catastrophe 10 day stay - not to usual Novotel standards. From confirmed reservations that went missing on arrival, to room service that took more than one hour, to empty breakfast and dinner buffets, to cockroaches in the restaurant to no internet connection in the rooms between 7am till midnight. Novotel needs to change the senior management of this hotel!

Well located in Plateau. Rooms have good standards, comfortable and are large enough. nice view on the lagoon. expensive but in the average range of prices in Abidjan
